Ice skating race on Lincoln Park Pool, Albany NY Pool, dated February 3 1938. Pencilled on the back is the information that that the fellow in the lead won the race, his name was Ed Ray. The fellow at far right, Frank Begliu, came in second. The criptic notations at the bottom elude my understanding, perhaps readers can help interpret.

Can we get more use of Lincoln Park Pool? Could it be used for swimming programs, for day trips and picnics? Could it be open for more hours for a longer season? Could it be used in the winter?
